MoFo Studios is a woman-owned mobile studio in Decatur, GA, focusing on bringing the human touch back to our lives. In a world that is inundated with technology and fabricated reality, we provide a tangible experience for everyone. Each photography booking is thoughtfully produced from beginning to end, resulting in an enjoyable session with photos that portray the story you want told. Our mobile studio also offers a blank slate for whatever you envision - from a production truck, to a bridal suite, to an intimate venue, the space is ready to fit your needs.

Bespoke Sets
Each set is designed in house, made by hand and refined by our team to create a fully immersive experience.
Choose from our pre-fabricated sets with our Signature package. These currently include our whimsical fairy garden, giant spring garden flowers, and gingerbread Christmas sets.

Studio Rental
Our mobile studio is a perfect workspace for production companies, remote workers, and intimate group gatherings (think book club, game night, catered dinners, etc.)
Keep in mind that while there is electricity, there is not a bathroom within the studio (a sink is available upon request).

ABOUT US
MoFo Studios was founded by three women who unapologetically walk through life as our true selves (with an abundance of ADHD). Between the three of us we bring over 30 years of professional and lifestyle photography experience, and an understanding of how to create a light-hearted welcoming environment to capture THE shot.
It all started with a highly successful Santa Photoshoot Fundraiser for charity where Sam painstakingly piped hundreds of gingerbread decorations, and put out a call for local professional photographers to donate their time. Both Joy and Ann stepped up to help and we instantly realized the three of us had created something truly magical. Along came the idea for a mobile photography studio where we could provide high-quality sets & photos for ANY event and the rest is history!

FAQ
WHERE CAN THE STUDIO GO AND WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS?
The mobile photography studio provides 100 sq ft of interior temperature controlled studio space, with a 30 sq ft front porch space. With the trailer hookup, the dimensions are 18ft x 8 ft x 12 ft. The trailer is not designed for off-roading of ANY kind (level grass lots & gravel paths may be acceptable)! A parking location with clearance in every direction is required, as well as the site being easily accessible for an average car.
DOES THE STUDIO HAVE A BATHROOM?
No, the studio does not have a bathroom inside. Upon request a sink with running water can be included. However, a toilet/shower is not available. Please ensure that you have a plan for a bathroom at your event. If a session is longer than 3 hours, we request that a bathroom is on site for the photographers to use if needed.
what is the booking minimum?
Studio space rentals at our location start at $200 for 4 hours. Studio space rentals for a full 8 hour day at a location of your choice within 7 miles of 30033 start at $400.
Minishoots on Open Set Days start at $120. Private photographed sessions at a location of your choice begin at $750 for 3 hours for a Signature booking, and $900 for a Custom-Crafted** booking.
**Custom-Crafted bookings can quickly exceed $900 depending on the set you need fabricated. A final estimate will be given to you after a virtual consultation.
Bridal Suite bookings begin at $500 for 4 hours at a venue of your choice, which includes all set-up necessary for a successful bridal suite.
DO YOU OFFER LOWER TIER, NON-CUSTOM SET OPTIONS?
Yes! We have many pre-fabricated sets and props that are ready to go and can be booked through our Signature package! Our Signature package begins at $750 for 1 hour, 30 digitally downloaded photos and the studio privately coming to your location. We want to ensure that our sets are sustainable and get plenty of use. You can find a list of available sets & props here.
Lower prices are also available during Open Set Days"where you come to us for a 5-20 minute mini shoot. These sessions will include Festivals around Metro ATL that we are vendors at, and pre-scheduled events we are hosting ourselves! Please refer to our availability schedule for upcoming Open Set Days.
What is an "open set day"?
An "Open Set Day" is a pre-planned day of mini shoots where we will set up at a predetermined location with a handcrafted set. Sessions are 20 minutes and begin at $200 for xxx digital download photos. These sessions are open to anyone and can be booked through our site!

Are hairdryers allowed?
Due to the electrical capacity of the studio only the studio owned hairdryer (Dyson) is allowed. All other hot tools and equipment used for hair, makeup, etc. that is brought by the client can be used.
Please let us know ahead of time if you will need access to the hairdryer so it is ready for you.
